Euclid's C-Finder bug, inventory bug, repair bug, insane gam

I just found another bug while using Euclid's C-Finder. Normally you aim it an an enemy , hold down the trigger and wait until Helios II locks onto the target, then the three beams appear over the target and when they converge there's an enormous explosion.

That's what used to happen. Now when I hold down the trigger, the three laser beams appear and surround the target, converge, and then split again, over and over. Occasionally they will converge and detonate like they're supposed to, but the explosion does no damage to the targets (or the player if caught in the blast zone). The ammo clip will read 0/0, like it would if the gun had fired, but then the lasers appear again and resume the whole converging and splitting thing again. You can put your weapon away and equip a new one but the lasers will still behave like this.

I know you're only supposed to use it outdoors and in the sunlight, however even if you fulfill these requirements the fore-mentioned bug still occurs.

Another problem I've had is when I pick up certain faction sets of armor. If you pick up the Legion Initiate helmet (looks like a ninja mask w/ goggles), the items will stack without showing the number in your inventory. Also some items will appear to be fixable by combining them with other items, but this will cause the game to crash. The one I've encountered the most is with NCR wrap-around armor. For example if you have NCR Trooper Fatigues and an NCR wrap-around armor, you will not be able to repair the Fatigues with the wrap-around armor. However if you select the NCR wrap-around armor, it will appear to be fixable, and if you go to repair it, you will see that you are using the Fatigues to do so. If you go on with the repair, the console will crash.

Also I've experience new crashes, this time in the loading screen. Sometimes the loading screens will take FOREVER to load, to the tune of five minutes before you're back in the game, and then sometimes the game will actually crash while in the loading screen. You can tell it's crashed because the roulette wheel just stops and does nothing.
