apparently my luck from not encountering any bugs has changed and I happened to stumble on a very frustrating one... So i finally got into the New Vegas strip and victor invited me to lucky 38 and then there's no guard to stop me from removing weapons. Then I enter and the securitrons are hostile and i even remove them before entering but it's impossible to enter without being hostile and I'm unable to proceed through the main quest. There's also a little bug with my dlc weapon from the classic pack not being able to appear and instead appears as a white exclamation mark when ever i mod it. Has this happen to anyone recently or is it just me?

I found out how this keeps happening since i found victor dead and it has an auto-spawn for a securitron outside the lucky 38 and it unables me to continue since i tried to prevent this before but ends up happening anyway.
