When using either the Laser Pistol or Plasma Pistol I am having trouble switching between the different types of E Cell Ammo. I have Normal, Max, and Overload. When one Ammo runs out and I try to switch to a different Ammo, it won't let me. I have to equip the non-equipped energy weapon, change the ammo in that gun, then the game allows me to change the ammo in the Gun I had originally equipped, the gun I want to use.

I hope this makes sense. Please help.

I love this game, despite all of its technical shortcomings, this is my 2010 GOTY.
