Q: Sometimes NPCs and Creatures fall through the floor when killed in shallow water.
A: When a creature or an NPC dies while standing in shallow water their corpse will sometimes fall through the floor and disappear. To resolve this, load a save from before the creature or NPC fell through the ground. Make sure that enemies are not standing in shallow water when killing them.

Q: "Doc it hurts when I bend my elbow."
A: "Stop bending your elbow then!"

It's a ridiculous response. It's like saying, "Whenever I turn on the windshield wipers on my car, the car accelerates to 150 MPH" and then someone says, "Well, don't use the windshield wipers, then."

Just ridiculous.

In my opinion it's more offensive to my intelligence than just issuing a stock "we're aware of the issue and are working to address it" statement. They are in control of what gets added to the FAQ. Why on earth post a non-solution like that?

They might aswell have one single question in the FAQ.

Q: I'm experiencing some issues.
A: Don't play.

It baffles me. I'm with you.... I can't believe that was an "official" response. Like you said, they would've been MUCH better off saying they're working on it.

Maybe they're NOT working on it, and that's why they didn't say they were.

Really makes you wonder.

"Yeah, so when I kill a guy when he's standing in water, he drops thru the ground. Please fix this."

"No, just don't kill them when they're standing on water."

...

WTF

Ok, so I just read that Bethesda just issued some patches for the PC version of Fo:NV. Hopefully PS3 is next!

Sweet. The more people we can get to leave a comment, the better. That's just not acceptable.

I agree. This particular bug is not game-breaking, but the attitude presented here by Bethesda is disappointing.

Us: "When you do this, it doesn't work."

Them: "Oh, well, just don't do that, then."

It just menas they are aware of the issues, and they give you a temp guideline to avoid problems, undtil it gets fixed. It's not their permanent solution. so chill out haters :sadvaultboy:

We are just saying they might as well not have the FAQS because the answer is not legitimate and there resoultions do not always work. That is why we are hating DK Slayer. What are you in love with bethesda or obsidian or something??lol :fallout:

I'd like to see their answer to the problem I've been having.

"Q: When I'm running around, I seem to fall through the ground. What gives?"
"A: Please avoid contact with the ground."

I mean, this is not the only issue. I've had problems that worked to my advantage, but are annoying none the less. Like those freakin hornet things that seem to be able to close a 100yd gap in under a second. They tend to get stuck on rocks and can't move. Grenade the crap out of them for an easy win.

I've seen many problems with this game where the only answer they'd give would be so astoundingly ignorant. It blows my mind. I want support, not canned answers. If you have to reload everytime something goes wrong with the game, expect to reload every two to three minutes. This game is a righteous mess.

P.S. Holy grenades rock!
