I am unable to complete a quest because the gates leading into the Strip are locked. I have a passport and have been on the Strip several times. Even the gate robots are no help. This is something brand new. My other problem is I don't know when this bug started. It was either after the NCR killed the King or after I killed the Khan's leaders. Does anyone have a solution to this?

Okay, I found a way into the Strip. I had to stealth kill the lead robot to get his key but I doubt I had to do that if this was a bug.
