Hey so I finished the Primm main quest line, and the Casino re-opened. So I went in and did a little bit of gambling and got some chips. Then I went to cash out and when I asked for caps the game gave them to me ,and did not remove the chips from my inventory. So to see what would happen I went back up and cashed out again and it gave me the caps again without removing the chips once again. Basically makes it and infinte caps bug, and kind of removes a lot of the difficulty from the game.
