Started up my 360 this morning and loaded into New Vegas, I go to load my game and I get the following error: Something about downloadable content that is used on this saved game is no longer available and some items will no longer be available, continue to load? yes/no. I hit yes and then I get another error: The storage device that this save is located on could not be found...I tried to restart console, choosing continue which just freezes my system, nothing works. Is this just a bug that will be fixed? I really hope so because I do not want to start a new game

You are not alone friend. There are plenty of us that are having this exact same problem (you should be able to see at least 4 different topics on the matter on the front page here alone).

We've been talking about this issue all day. There are a lot of us with the same issue. Bethesda has said they are working as fast as they can to release patches so hopefully it will be resolved soon. I really hope I don't love my saves. I have 3 and 2/3 are corrupted. The third is about 6 hours earlier in the game and I guess I would just start there.

So after +10 hours of game-play I can no longer load my auto-save. It is the exact same problem as the OP. And every time I try to load my main save if freezes my xbox. Is there a fix out there and if not have the devs commented on this problem at all?

Look around, you'll see a bunch of threads about this. Also, look at the stickies and you'll see that they said they are working on patches for all platforms. Besides that, nothing specific. Join the club, we're all waiting to hear something.

Same problem here, happens randomly and to all current saves. Deleted and restarted once when it happened 10 HOURS into the game and riight around the same point now and it did it to me again.
I have the gamestop bonus.

This either needs to be fixed or i want my money back.

From what I can tell, it doesn't have anything to do with the gamestop DLC. People without it have been seeing this issue as well.
