Anybody else get this or have some advice:

In both F03 and NV, after playing for a while my character gets what I like to call IED head - his vision will go blurry every 2-3min and I will hear a howling wind sound. It is similar to the effect you get when a chem wears off, but its constant and game ending for me as my vision fades out over and over again so the game becomes unplayable.

Anyone know a fix or familiar with this?

Did you try visiting a doctor and pay them to remove an addiction? Prolly won't help, but it's a thought....

Yeah, I'm not addicted to any chem and have no crippled limbs.

weird, that sounds exactly like what happens if you leave your head crippled.

Similar story. I have tried to play the game, but it is so distracting. I hope this gets fixed soon; however, based on all the other issues this game has I don't think it will be a priority.

I assume it's not radiation, or any other type of poisoning.

Having a crippled head causes that, check your pip-boy. This applies for both FO3 and FONV.


In FONV if you were already addictted to something and consumed FIXER, will cause the same effect.


The only way to fix those is finding a doctor. Assuming it's not a glich.
