I'm not going to waste time stating what the makers of this game already knew regarding freezing etc. The most disturbing part about this is how they were at all the gaming conventions hawking this product and marketing it to no end. I have watched numerous videos from e3, pax, etc and even an interviews on g4 and other sites stating how impressive this game is. They talked up this PRODUCT as being quality worthy of a 63.00 price tag. My brother works for Mogan Louis and Bokius and gonna give him buzz this weekend to see if there be any legal action taken. If anyone is interested send me a message, thats of course if my account isnt banned for telling the truth.

Not once have you actually said anything that's wrong with the game. Perhaps if you were to post the issues you are experiencing instead of threatening to sue Bethesda, maybe we'd get somewhere in helping you.

lol you didn't read my whole post, i DID mention the freezing which actually locks up the console whether it be PS3 or xbox 360 and besides its well documented anyway. With all the issues the game has theres no way in hell they didn't know they were releasing an unfinished and broken software product. BTW Bethesda is the publisher not the maker of the game. But i would assume if they would be mentioned if a suit would be presented in court. Stop being a tool and stop bending over for these scam artists because they made one good game in the past five years. (Oblivion) fallout 3 while it worked was a an grossly unfinished product as well, at least on the PS3 it was.

"Freezing" is very generic, and isn't very useful in terms of problem solving. Being "well documented" doesn't mean anything either, as there are a lot of reasons why the game freezes for certain people. The fact that it is fine for some and not for others suggests it's a user issue, doesn't it?

You're correct that Obsidian made the game, but Bethesda were in charge of the bug testing AFAIK, it's also their engine. Yes, the game is buggy. I'm not saying it's perfect. However you make it seem like no one has ever managed to play the game correctly, which is clearly not true. If I'm such a "tool" for "bending over", how come I've only had 1 freeze since I bought the game, and even then that was my fault?

And how do you know who tested the game etc? do you work for them? do personally know someone who works for them? The game is unplayable for ME and many many OTHERS and you blaming it on the consumer is a typical nerd like response for your love of the software company. I tried all the suggestions and so forth and none of them worked so i was sensible and patient about the issue because it is only a game. A 20mb patch was released and i was like well hey hey here we go they claimed they fixe over 200 bugs lol. The result? my game locked up system every time Boone would go nuts trying to kill everything. Hey i will give them credit, Boone is the most entertaining Video Game character i have seen in a game in a very long time.

My motivation for this isn't based on wanting to play the game that badly, its based on me being ripped off for 63.00 USD. I'm a business man i dont angry, i get annoyed and then i problem solve.

Bethesda have credited themselves in the game credits for "Bug Testing". I think that's quite accurate.
And I never blamed it on the consumer. I said that the game is buggy. However say someone has a PS3 and it works fine, and you have PS3 and it doesn't, then it's not the games fault entirely, as it works for that other guy, correct? I have the game for the PC, as you may have guessed. My experience is that it doesn't just "kinda work". I'm not saying that you haven't had much luck, but my experience is that it works 99% of the time. And I am not lying, It's only crashed on me once and that was due to me having a corrupted animation mesh (http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1153329-silver-rush-crash/).

It's kind of a given that the game will sometimes crash. It's a buggy game, yes. But we're only 2 months into release. You stated at one point that the game locked up when you had Boone as a companion? There we are. If you would have mentioned that in the first post instead of some ridiculous rambling about suing Bethesda, then people who are familiar with the PS3 could have looked at that and tried to help you.

Companies release games with bugs in it all the time. there a TOC in place when you buy a game, its still under the companies right; just like you cant burn a copy, etc etc.... :rolleyes:
