Sorry if this has been asked before, but is it possible for the crashes from FONV to cause freezes and problems in other games? I'm also playing FIFA 11 and it seems like lately it's pausing 3-4 times a game if not more, and I know the game has a problem, but I was wondering if it's the combination of the two games making it worse than it should be. I've tried deleting both games and repairing the hard drive, but it doesn't seem to help that much. Do I need to format everything and start over?

highly doubt it, bugs wouldnt transfer from one disc to another. It is more likely your console is faulty. No need to believe its FONV because its no way possible of interfering with the console.

If you knew anything about Electronics; even though his console froze from a game would not mess up the internal core of the system; as well wouldn't make other games freeze as well. If we saw a trend of this then it would be different.

constant crashing while saving wont damage the core components but it will ruin the HDD, mine was fine before FONV
