just so u know, what your trying to do isn't something the game publisher had in mind with the preorder items, and is probably illegal.

Just put your PSN account with the pack on his ps3 and download it on his system and God if that's illegal then I would like to know what selling millions of people a broken product is... *point@Bethesda*

lol true enough. you also have to select the "remember password" box when you sign in, or the DLC won't work. I think you have to leave your account like that too, although I could be wrong.

you can't just transfer the data with a USB because it's copy protected(for cases like this)

As long as the account is on the ps3 and its downloaded it should work I didn't know about the remember password but then again I've only done that once for a mw2 map pack and I just had to have that account on my system and it worked just fine. I personally think we should be able to transfer it with a USB (not just for NV) also shouldn't we get some form of back up for games because if we pay 60 bucks for a game and the disc gets ruined why should we have to go pay for another piece of plastic that cost them next to nothing, the first time around we paid for all that copy right crap... but that is just my opinion.
