Any one have any problems with Niel not letting you continue? I select the "lets do this" option and his response is as if i tald him i need more time, and he proceeds to sit there....any tips?

I had the same problem. I just continued the quest without him because I couldn't figure it out.

Last time I played I was at Neil's Shack, just about to head up and do that quest. Hopefully I don't run into that issue, but I'll see how it goes.
