Might consider Hand Loader instead of Scrounger. Both give ammo, only 1 gives control.

Explorer? Are you sure you're trying to build for hardcoe?

this is good advice.. and might be the only change to my current build. BUT.. i will make that decision only after I play the game for a bit. Considering I'll have a good ten levels to explore before scrounger que's on my list.. (or more if i choose).. I can gauge whether or not scrounger actually will be important. I will however take hand loader asap to see just how usefull it will be and how much ammo savings I will recieve.

If hand loader is good enough for the job with recycling spent ammo and hard/hardcoe loot drops provide enough (non scrounger) amounts.. I will drop scrounger for a better perk :)

but as it stands right now its in my build simply because guns is my only offensive.. and running out of ammo is NOT an option. One more thing to look at is being able to take the additional ammo from scrounger and manipulate the base ammo into better ammo to which you could sell for greater profitz.. again.. a not known until played type thing.

at any rate.. if its overkill.. its gone.

cheers

Ammo is supposed to be hard to find in New Vegas. I might actually get switch Shotgun Doctor for Gun Loader and replace Scrounger for something else or keep it.

Only Scrounger is actually a the right name for a perk, but we know what you mean.

Don't forget that Shotgun Surgeon may save you significant ammo by killing people much faster.

I'll just get Shotgun Surgeon and then everything else will be moved up one. So, besides that what else do you think I could do better with the build.

It's your build, man, at some point it comes down to preference. Here's how I'm gonna do my shooter... cause why not have a pair of guardian angels?

That seems like a fun second play through. I think that I will skip Shotgun. I mean, what is the point of wasting a perk slot for one gun type?
