Big bummer here...

I can't even leave Goodspring, it's like there is an invisible wall of xbox freezing doom. I've returned the disc to gamestop to get another one because installing it to my xbox failed everytime. I'm installing the new disc now but I'm wary... Any idea's of a work around on how to get to Primm?

Installing the game to my HDD doesn't fix it. Seriously a game-breaker here... I can't even leave the starting town.

I couldnt at first, then on one of the restarts i did manage to leave, now i can go anywhere near the town or it's closest locations without having a game crash also the entire north-western part of the map does not exist for me as it crashes if i go near it.

Leaving Goodsprings seems to be pure luck, once you leave, never go back!

Also tried fast-traveling around to see if I could find a way around the bug. Nothing works... I'm afraid to keep trying after reading reports of this game causing red rings.

After 2 days of this, I exchanged it for Fable 3. The state of this game at launch is ridiculous. I'm not even sure why they bother releasing it on console's...

what about clean the cache for your HDD?

i remember 2 years ago when i start the new game of Fallout3, i cannot even customize the character, it will cause freezing.
then i cleaned the cache of HDD, everything worked fine then.
