After you've completed the 3 bounties, Dhatri will say that he'll send the First Recon to Camp Forlorn, and I see them start to walk out (also they are no longer in Camp McCarren after). I've gone on and done stuff for at least three days before going back to check. I don't see them there. Did I remember it wrong or?

They do indeed show up in Camp Forlorn. I forget how long it took but they will eventually get there. Not that they do anything at all except stand in a little group at the back of the camp!

Did you help the 1st Recon female sniper with her [censored] issues?

Yep I did.

I still want to get the La Longue Carabine from Sterling, and maybe see if they're help in a little skirmish effort later on in another question related to Camp Forlorn.
