Like the one at the 188 Trading Post... i would go there but... due to a run in with Caeser's Legion Assasins, everyone there is dead except for two people and none are the repair guy... i need to repair a few items i can never ever find on a corpse...

Mojave Camp (maybe wrong name), NCR camp way west of Nipton. You have to be friendly, but the dude there is 100 skill.

im super friendly with the NCR so ill go to the NCR Camp to the East of nipton... the guy at the 188 was the only one ive ever found
