I think i got the name right(the lonely wanderer), has anyone run into him yet?? and if so what can you do with him, from what he says it sounds like his dad is the mysterious stranger from the perk and he's searching for him, i didn't have that perk, i was wondering what would happen if ytou had that perk and tried talking to him and maybe entering vats if you could.

Yeah, he's called The Lonesome Drifter, I ran into him at a billboard north of the Gibson Scrap Yard.

He definitely does sound like he's referencing the Stranger, I'd be interested to see what happens if you talk to him with that perk.

I don't think he changes at all with the WW perk... I saw a list of the effects and he wasnt on there...

Also, make sure you're not fighting anyone when you walk up to him... I had some CL guys following me and the Drifter just ran and became hostile w/o me ever attacking him...
