Like most responders, for me it depends. Right now I'm not getting in much play-time due extended and brutally hectic holiday-season work hours (retail sales). Prior to that I'd say I played Oblivion at least several hours most days.
On off-days I can get in a number of two-to-three hour sessions. In those cases my longest session is generally in the morning, when I often play from right after breakfast up until shortly before lunch. Afternoon sessions, if they occur, tend to be short. After supper I'll try to get in a few hours. I've never been an "evening person", getting sleepy when the sun goes down, so no late-night sessions for me. (On the other hand, I sometimes wake very early in the morning, and have no trouble getting in a session before my 5am breakfast.)
Work days I might get in an hour or two before preparing to head out, and about as much after supper provided I'm not too worn out.
Some years ago, pre-dating Oblivion, I thought nothing of devoting entire off-days to game-play. I could play all day long in marathon sessions, pausing only to eat and take brief potty-breaks. Alas, age and health issues put a stop to that.
