Just to add to the immersiveness of NV, I am sure Raiders will do all kinds of atrocities including and definitely not limited to sixual assault. Maybe there are references that they can do it to anyone, regardless male or female? Those things are in the headlines not only in today's world, but throughout history.

People take stuff like that more seriously than violence. Especially in the US/Canada. For atmosphere it would help the game, and I wouldn't mind it....but other people will. Of course, who knows, if it's toned down enough sure. Maybe some references to that kind of action here and there.

I think there's a line that is being crossed when we put stuff like that in, but I'm not so much worried about them crossing the line as I am feeling uncomfortable playing a game. I just dont see much purpose for things of that nature at all in the media. Other than to get an R rating or M rating..

According to some high ranking feminists *cough* Harriot Harmen *cough* for some arbitrary reason tragedy's effect women allot more than they do men. meaning that if it was in the game, the game would be banned everywhere.

I don't want my female character to get [censored] (why is that censored?!) Or I mean, I could see them trying but they wouldn't live the day to experience it. I could see raiders, as they ambush me, scream "I can't wait to [censored] this beauty!"

If anyone have seen A Boy and His Dog, women seem to be really scarce and men seem to search for them to [censored]. Even the main character is looking for one to [censored], and in the beginning he does come to a [censored] scene where he utters "Ain't that a shame. Hell, they didn't have to cut her! She could have been used two or three more times."

But yes, this is a good way to get this game banned in a few nations. I have a mod for Fallout 3, don't remember what it is called, but it let raiders have [censored] victims. Sometimes you find them dead on a bloody matress, sometimes you find them alive and locked in.

I'd love if there was a side quest where you went out and serial killed rapists! Mwoahahahahah!

Well I heard it happens to men in prisons. sixual assaults are more of a control/dominance thing than a sixually deprived thing.

Some references that things like this have been done, would add to the atmosphere, sure.

Why would they portray [censored] and assault if they don't show consensual six?
