Will it be moddable? : Fallout: New Vegas

So...got to ask

Anyone know if Fallout New Vegas will be moddable?
Loved Modding Fallout 3, and Oblivion especially, so just curious if it'll be like that... :whistle:

I really, really hope the game will be moddable.

One of the main reasons Morrowind and Oblivion are still played to this day is because of modifications. Mods extend the life of the game so much. Hell, Morrowind is around ten years old, and it is still being modded.
