at this point i know where all the skill books are and running around to get them at the same time trying not to overshoot on skill points can get a bit tedious. i would love to see a perk that disables all skill books if you use it but only grants you half of the skill points if you found them all. i figure this would be balanced since it uses up one of your perks and doesnt give you all of the possible skill points but it would be great for people who want a little boost but dont want to hike all over creation to get them. im very anol about my skill points being set at intervals of 5 and skill books can mess that up.

disabling skill books is easy but im not sure about how to script it so that they are only disabled if you have a perk and what happens if you used some of the skill books.........would it be better to prevent you from taking the perk or possibly subtract the ones you have gotten so far if thats possible. making it a starter characteristic at character creation might be the easiest way to do it since then you dont have to factor in already found skillbooks. thanks in advance.
