So i was talking to my friend about it and he said it's a european rating, and it won't be released in U.S... true or false?

It will be rated by PEGI in Europe and by ESRB in the US. It will be released worldwide.

if anything it woulb be released in the US and not the UK if there were rating issue the USis a lot more tolerant as to what's allowed in games.

US is more tolerant of violence in games, but EU is more tolerant of six and nudity in games.

Yeah, I find that a bit funny. "Violence and murder is A-Okay, but nudity is unacceptable!" (granted, I don't want nudity in a game, but still)
