i get an error each time i try to install the geck and it says "the procedure entry point vorbis_window could not be located in the dynamic link library libvorbis.dll." can someone help me fix this so i can be able to install the geck? since i got it download, i can never get it to work.

The download is not an installer, its the geck itself. Extract it to 'Steam/Steamapps/Common/Fallout new vegas' and it will run.
