For some reason I can't get the Praetorian guards that protect Caesar in his tent to respawn. I have every single thing named Praetorian guard flagged to respawn in the GECK and yet they don't respawn as they should. The dogs inside the tent do... but they don't. Is it possible that because in this save I lured them outside the tent that they no longer can respawn?

I tried to target their ref IDs with prid, then moved myself to where they were and it brought me ontop of nothing. So I used prid on one of them again and used moveto player in the tent where Caesar was, then used "resurrect" on it, but that didn't bring him back, nor did he respawn when I waited for the respawn time. I already checked and there are no encounter zones tied with them nor any encounter zones in the tent itself so they should respawn. Is there a way to make them respawn?
