Get to abandoned BoS bunker
Drop everyhing, tham makes ou over the limit.
Fast travel between novac and the bunker, to quickly move all gold into your home.
Done.

Yea im also wanting to know how you got the gold out? it just ended the game for me after i was done on the computer :/ 5 hours spent for nothing

Yes, you can carry them all get them through the forcefield, then kill elijah, run around, pick them up and escape. 35 bars of goodness in my safe.
