Has anyone else tried doing the "I Put a Spell on You" quest on Legion's side and succeeded? Because I think it might be bugged too.

I retrieved the bomb from the trash can (along with the plans) but I can't install the bomb on the train. It tells me to put the bomb in the vent at the back wall of the monorail but I can't get inside train because the area transit action is right at the door of the train. And I can't reach the place from the outside of the train.

Don't know if this is relevant or not but I did not get permission to investigate the leak from Shu (too low speech skill) and thus I can't frame Creshaw (or whoever it was) but Curtis told me to go ahead with the bombing.
