I finished Dead Money and I am stuck. After leaving the Sierra Madre and returning to the abandoned bos bunker, I try to leave and can't. When I try to climb the ladder it says key required. Is this a glitch/bug or I am overlooking or missing something? How do I leave the bunker?

If you were playing on a PC you would simply click on the door and type "unlock" on the console line.

Any other platform try a game restart or go back and load an earlier saved game.
