From those names, it appears that they will be called:
Honest Hearts
Old World Blues
Lonesome Road
And based off of ingame file locations, it would seem that we know some information for these.
For instance, there is a small group of Grafitti labeled "dlchonesthearts" or something like that in the game files, and the majority of these images revolve around Joshua Graham (The Burned Man) and New Canaan.
Lonesome Road appears to involve the "Canyon Wreckage" location in the western portion of the Mojave Wasteland. It has a fast travel marker, but features next to no significance. It might also feature Ulysses, as there is speculation that the "lonesome road" and "you can go home courier" messages you find there were left by him. This may also mean that the Great Divide is a location in this DLC, as Ulysses is qpeculated to battle the courier there (based off of the ending of Dead Money).
As for the Old World Blues DLC, I have been unable to find any information regarding characters and locations that might be featured in it.
Now for Speculation!
The first thing I want to point out is that we are almost guaranteed 3 more DLC because of revelations regarding the Sierra Madre Snowglobe found in Dead Money. Upon obtaining the Snowglobe, it dissapears from your inventory. However, upon returning to the Lucky 38 Presidential Suite, you'll find it located on the shelf above the standard Snowglobe collection from the normal game. This shelf is just big enough to hold 4 Snowglobes exactly (The Sierra Madre and 3 others).
And though I know some of you may not like it, we'll probably see a five level cap increase with each installed DLC. This is because it would mean a total of 20 Levels added to the initial 30, resulting in a very nice number of 50. It would seem odd to stop the cap at a number like 35, and Dead Money doesn't seem to be a special DLC amongst the others (It's comparable to Operation: Anchorage, whereas Broken Steel brought the biggest changes to Fallout 3 and was the third DLC released for that game).
Another thing is that there just so happens to be three other locations beside the Abandoned Brotherhood of Steel Bunker that could easily lead to new locations. The first is the "Canyon Wreckage" location to the West mentioned above. Another is the "Mojave Outpost" located to the South, which features a locked Gate with no key found in game (similar to the Abandoned Bunker after the first update). Why wouldn't the developers just make it a generic gate with no "locked" indicator? The third area that I found insteresting was the "Northern Passage" location to the North. Like the Canyon Wreckage, it is a location with no importance, yet still has a marker. Also, the cave that is blocked off is fully textured and detailed. One final note is that these three locations and the Abandoned Brotherhood of Steel Bunker are oriented in a way that leaves each in a different direction:
Abandoned Brotherhood of Steel Bunker: East
Canyon Wreckage: West
Mojave Outpost: South
Northern Passage: North
And now, let the discussing begin!
