i hardly ever see super mutants that are killable as in not friendly and the only place i really see them at is jacobstown and black mountian Where esle are that at in the mojave wasteland?

None, there is no group of mutants outside of those areas. (Other than REPCONN facility)

There are a couple of Super Mutants South East of Primm, in the mountains near a irradiated craetor. Jack Rabbit Springs. I do not know if they respawn or not.

It bugged out for me though, as I killed the super mutant, went to McBride to claim my reward, but McBride was unaware the mutant was dead

You can actually find them at a few other places like I think there's some at Bloodbourne Cave, the Devil's Throat, and like jack rabbit springs, they are also at repconn, Novac (tempoary), and one at westside

This made me laugh. When I was in line to buy the game at 12:00 back in October, this dude came out of the store waving the game around; you know, I have it and you don't.
Then he stops his car by the line and yells out the window, 'So long, svckers. I'm off to kill supermutants!'.
Whenever I run across the rare supermutants in this game I think of him. I bet he hates New Vegas.
