Hi, First of all I did buy the game, so no pirate here. Second, With the d3d9.dll fix you can now use FPS limiter to cap the framerate and completely get rid of the microstutter. The only catch is you have to use (Edited, use your imagination) .exe's. So, if you don't care about achievements you can now run the game like butter. Like butter I tell you!! Hope this helps someone.
