Q-35 Matter Modulator

At Repconn headquarters the Q-35 Matter Modulator is there but I can't pick it up.

have a look in the bugs session: http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Q-35_Matter_Modulator

I had to try for a while, moving around in third person, since I got the opportunity to pick it up.. a matter of patience :D
