I have been playing Fallout New Vegas offline ever since my first bunch of save corruption. And have been checking my save points from my one good save ever since. Well i must of got carried away lastnight with not checking.As when I switched the game on but not connected to live tonight,I got the dlc message.And that sinking feeling occured yet again.

Ok back to the start menu and hope I have an uncorrupted save point.

Then my jaw dropped,the save actually loaded after the dlc no content message.

I visited enough locations to get the achievement.Then did the last Caesars mission.And wouldn't you know it the loading screen froze entering the dam. Thankfully after switching the XB off and on again. It loaded,and I managed to finish the game.And to be honest I never want to go back to it again after all the **** I have been through.

Remind me never to touch another Obsidian game in my life time.

Yah i got the dlc bug 42 hours into my first playthrough so that ended abruptly. thankfully i was able to get through the game my second playthrough. i have now put it down until a patch arrives. way too much trouble just to play

I feel sorry for all you people getting bugs and crashes and the like. I am 73 hours into my first play-through and I am level 30, I have completed the main quest and most of the side quests. The game froze on me about 3 hours in, but since then I've had nothing, but smooth sailing. I've had a few issues with enemies stuck in walls and Rex deciding he was going to just stare at a wall growling instead of follow me, even after fast traveling, but that's about it. Not much different than the bugs I had in Fallout 3. lol

Yeah the game runs better without the update lol. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon..
