Caesar's Legion in Honest Hearts

Post » Thu Apr 07, 2011 6:42 pm

When I was watching the trailer I noticed after Graham said he was baptized in fire it showed a Caesars legion flag and I was thinking that why would developers put something in a trailer if it wasn't in the game. I think there is a possibility of seeing Caesar legion in the dlc even if it is small. What do you think, am I reading into it to much or do you agree?

I think it was just in there to show who "baptized" him by fire

If you remember from the loading screens one of them said something along the lines of Caesar having one of his legates burned alive and superstitious legionnaires believed that he lived on as the "Burned Man."

Indeed. He was a character from the canceled Fallout 3 (then known as the Hanged Man). And no offense, but that post seems a bit silly when looking at the forum, because it is very old news. Also, that's not what was questioned in the OT, we know for a fact that is Joshua Graham (Burned Man), it's questioning if there is Legion content along side it.

And I do hope for Legion content.

Look again. The canyon walls are clearly behind the flag in the trailer.

I went to nipton and looked at the Caesar legion flags none match the trailer. If you look at the background in the trailer it matches the canyon textures of other canyons in the trailer.

look I'm pretty sure it was there to emphasize the fact that were going to deal with the "Burned Man".
You know for him being an ex top legion dog. Fire Quote + Legion Flag= Burned Man
I doubt it was there to forecast legion content.

All I'll say is it would be the first gameplay trailer to show "something for effect" if that particular Legion standard isn't actually ingame.

As of now, it could go either way.
