So basically randomly all enemies started being highlighted (their entire body) before i kill them or in V.A.T.S and it is irritating. Anyone else experiencing this?

Boone's perk?

i have noticed them being in Red when i look down the sights of my Anti Matter Sniper Rifle or whatever its called

Either that's the original VATS high-lighting or you have Boone's perk.

sorry when i said VATS i meant during the cinematic death. but yes when i have boone with me they are red. My first play through i had Rex and things were green. Why is that?

FFS, just read Boone's perk description in your perk list.

Cause Rex gives you the Search and Mark perk.

Did you not read any of the perks you were given when you got those two as followers?

EDIT: So when you see enemy's in red you have Boone's perk.
When the dead body's are highlighted green you have Rex's perk.
And that's only when they follow you.

Yes sometimes after I kill stuff its all green like its highlighted in vats, yet I'm not in vats. Boone is not a companion in my case.....

Are you not reading the previous posts in this thread, let alone your perk descriptions?!?

Rex is one of your companions and that is his perk's effect.

This is very basic stuff that is explained in game and not a glitch. :facepalm:

With the red its boones perk. He marks the guy for you
with rex's perk they are marked after to highlight weapons and items to pick up
