So i'm doing the missions for that lady who sells the energy weapons in Freeside. I got to this part where the boss lady told me to talk to this french named guy for further instructions. Problem is, i can't find him and as far as i can tell he's in this room behind a locked door that requires 50 lockpicking. Now, i'm close to being at that level, but won't i just get shot if i pick it anyways? Does this guy ever come out or is this a bug?

Also, has anyone tried robbing that place and made it out alive? i tried just grabbing as much crap as i could and making a break for it but it didn't work.

Its really easy to steal from the store. Just pick up what you want (not actually take) and take it to the washrooms and when its says "Hidden." Take it!

LMAO!!! I don't know why i didn't think of trying that, but that is awesome! Can you just sell the ladies energy weapons back to her then? Also, any idea about the guy in the locked room?
