Haircuts?

Is there a place in New Vegas where I can change my hair like we could in Fallout 3? If so where is it?!?! Please and thank you :)

In Freeside, when you complete the Kings quest chain, you have the option to become a member of the Kings. If you do, the barber Sergio will give you haircuts.
