Average gamer age for Brink?

Post » Sat May 28, 2011 6:29 pm

Hi guys,

I love a lot of what I've heard about Brink - the customisation, team oriented gameplay, SMART movement, classes, plot concept, etc

But my main concern is the 'cartoony' appearance. Will this have an effect on the age groups that are drawn to Brink?

(When I found out that SD were behind W: ET I finally decided to buy this game when it comes out, but I don't really want to play with a majority of squeeky voiced kids - sorry lol)

Squeaky voiced kids ussually wont touch a game unless it is call of duty.

I don't feel the art style would attract immature gamers. Even if it did, most of the little kids play games to be lone wolfs. Teamwork ain't their thaaang.

You need to be at least 13 to register on these forums so I'm sure you can understand that we don't like to see age polls that include ages below this.

As we have an official age poll in community discussion we don't allow any others. I realize that it covers every section, not just the Brink section, but maintaining a community poll in every section would have been quite the handful.
