Problems with mods

I`m getting the white and red ! on textures and no sound coming up when iv`e downloaded mods such as "New Vegas Bounties" (Great mod BTW :) ) And "Lucky 38 extra rooms". How do I resolve this? Thx

You didn't install the assets (meshes in this case) correctly.

How do i do that? do i have to extract every file from .rar one for one?

Extract with the folder structure intact. If there's a .nif file in \meshes\armor\Blah\ inside the archive, you need to KEEP it in Data\meshes\armor\Blah once extracted.

I just extract the whole map "New vegas bounties" to data. Im a little confused what u mean?
