Pacer is stuck not moving and I'm not able to talk to him, pickpocket or anything but shoot him. He is sitting out front of the Vann Graffs since the quest from them guarding the door. I now cannot do any of the quests for the King....any help?

Same problem here , just letting you know your not on your own
