Anyone know of a list of how and where to get companions?

Boone > Novac > Finish the quest, you gots Booney. :]

ED-D > Primm > Have the Repire/Science Requirements, and/or the parts > you gets a floating microwave!!

Rex > The Kings Headquarters, New Vegas > Help the poor doggy out > you gets a puppy that gets knocked out instanstly during every fight!

Well i exterminated everyone in Novac, so i'm guessing Boone is dead. LOL!!! I rush too much to wipe out towns, LMAO!!!
