So me and my friends wana start are own match but we get server not responding when we try and invite eachother then i launch dedicated server in the backround still nothing anyone know how to get this thing to freaking work?

Unless you have a very biefy machine and a very good net connection you'll struggle to run a decent dedicated server given the current resource usage of the server.
