Timescale for hardcoe mode

Post » Sun May 01, 2011 8:20 pm

I assume the timescale in the game will be the same as Fallout 3's, but is anybody going to change it so the day goes slower for hardcoe mode, because if not sleep and dehydration would come way to quickly (Sorry console users, you are not part of this thread).

The average day in FO'3 was just right for me, and I think once or twice a day for provisions should do plenty. If I went and slowed down the clock, then it'd seem unreal how far I could walk and what I could get done in that amount of time versus how fast I move.

1:1? Hell no. I'll likely change it to something lower than default(if HC doesn't automatically do it), but no way I'm changing it to 1:1.

I'll change the timescale, but not as far as to 1:1, my god. More like 15:1 or something.

changing the timescale messes with NPC AI schedules, particularly for scripted stuff like the wedding in FO3.

I used a timescale of 10 in FO3, and I'll use that in NV too.
