The devs were pretty clear about porting materials from one game to another in their post, and it not being allowed.

Its a long standing policy with gamesas too as this line of questioning was going on back when Oblivion modders were trying to port in Morrowind models.

I recommend you find or make a replacement for Paulsen's Outfit which is not under copyright.

I'm still reading through most of the rules and so on but had not as yet come across the porting rules.
