I have never been this disappointed with a game before. I have endured non-stop glitches since I started playing this as well as multiple crashes of my PS3. The straw that broke the camel's back for me, however, came with the disappearance of Colonel Moore from Hoover Dam Offices after the Oh Papa quest. This has essentially stopped me from continuing with the game. I have seen several others complaining of the same glitch with no response, no fix, nothing. It would be one thing if this was the only error, but there are countless other errors people are posting about that make this game borderline unplayable. It's as if the game was never tested.

I have seen a lot of people complaining that they want their money back. I would agree. Does anybody know if a class action lawsuit has been filed on account of this game? If not, I think this is something that we as consumer should pursue to at least get SOME of our money back for this poorly developed and poorly executed game. We should not be expected to pay $60 for a game that was so clearly rushed to market with no thought given to the consumer.

If you would like to return your game your best bet is to contact the retailer you bought it from. As for legal action, that's not an appropriate topic of discussion here.
