When I heard that a new patch for New Vegas was released, I couldn't be more excited. Besides, Dead Money is nearing its PSN release! I installed the patch and when I started to play the game, I was instantly bombarded with personal opinions. Here are my thoughts about the patch:

Ups:
-Adds Trophy set for Dead Money
-Vastly improved performance and stability while traveling. I barely noticed a stutter. :drool:

Downs:
-Still some severe slowdown during combat :ermm:
-The Strip Black Screen bug is back!

Overall ,I think this patch was a very good one, though the return of the black screen bug and the presence of slowdown in combat keeps it from being excellent.
So, GStaff or any New Vegas developer, if you're reading this, then you still got some work to do! If you correct the downs, then you won't just please me but also every fan that loves your game. Besides, it's my GOTY 2010! :goodjob:

The patch doesn't even work for me, i think one suppose to have the older patch already installed before installing 1.03, i brought the game same day the patch was up, so it'll only downloaded 1.03, so it doesn't patch anything except throphy.

I guess the game experience really differs between players! Some can't even play due to the constant freezing, others run it smooth like a baby's bottom. lol

Funny, because according to the changelog this patch didn't do anything else than adding the DLC trophies.

Actually, the patch contains all the previous fixes and features of previous patches.

In what way doesn't it work?
