After the mission where you get the platinum chip and return
to lucky 38 casino. and then hand the chip to whom ever you want.
I then go to leave the casino and the loading screen comes up then
the game screen will turn black after leaving the door and i can hear
music but cant see or move.
Some info on how to fix this or details on a patch release would be
great

My PS3slim120 does this every now and again, never in Fall Out though. One time getting ready to get rough with the system(STUPID i know) I discovered if you unplug the video(HDMI in my case) cable and plug it back in it seems to reset...try this because it may be the system.

Ahhh who am I kidding its probably the game, lol.
