The title says it all. Every time someone attacks me, the game freezes. I have Boone with me. This started in the strip and now happens everywhere I go. Great success!

Try backtracking a few hours back in game time and test if you can start when it doesn't occur. I had to start back 8 hours after I had the same problem but was able to recover.
