Broken- Just about everything

I loved Fallout 3. I loved it so much I got all the DLC, and played it thru twice.... How happy was I when New Vegas hit the shelves. Perfect timing as I'm tired of MW2 and it's a great gap filler till Black Ops.
But it's broken, and in a lot of ways.....
The combat system is very different, I can't even kill a Deathclaw at level 9 with a Service Rifle/Shotgun and frag mines.... He barely flinches, Then all of a sudden, I've gone from having full health, to nothing from one strike!!!!
After a few goes of retrying to kill him, I decide it can't be done, so I try and sneak around.... What a shock the game freezes - 3 times!
Game freezing is very common and can occur 2-3 times an hour.
NPC's walking and running into walls.
Graphical glitches all across the wasteland (rendering errors)

I'm praying that a patch is only DAYS away cause I can't see the value of playing this game all the way thru. Patches are a great solution, but what about the folks who don't have Xbox live and will forever suffer these game breaking flaws....

Bethesda, why did u ever let anyone else develop what you created?

I also loved fallout 3, and if you remember fallout 3 was also near unplayable when it was released. How could they do this again? Its unfair to the customers to release such a fundamentally broken game. There is this little thing called 'beta testing' ...Why wasnt any done for this games release? If i had beta tested this for 6 hours i probably would have produced a list of bugs as long as my arm based on what ive read (they probably Just skipped beta testing so they can get the game out before call of duty black ops, and in time for christmas and make more money) I was gonna buy this on Friday, but after reading about all the glitches, im getting vanquish instead. Good job Bethesda (Sarcasm).

PS - i know new vegas wasnt bethesdas title, but they had a hand it producing it and so share the blame.

i keep hearing how 3 was buggy and glitchy....i played it for over 200 hours and only had a few problems with the main game..i think i had a corrupted save once..and the dlc froze on me a few times...but nothing as bad as what im seeing with new vegas in just under 10 hrs of play..this is just sad..

I never had any problems with FO3, except the occasional freeze. I played it pretty much exclusively for 18 months, a handful of different characters, all the DLC's. But, play NV for a few hours and I get the red ring of death on my console. Ok, maybe not death, but maybe red ring of pain in my ..... Up to that point, I didn't have any problems with the game play itself. (freezing, shuttering, people doing weird things)

I don't think the game gave your console the RRoD. Usually that's going to be an actual hardware issue and the system is overheating. I don't know though, maybe it's possible for it do it.

I'm pretty sure it wasn't the game. Just horrible timing.
