Well about Mr.House.... i think he mabe a bot of some sort.... Seeing that hes like 200 years old he might of fused himself with a machine.
Or he can be very old on several machines....

he could've dipped himself in a vat of FEV that he changed the properties of. but he was the guy who's special skilld was robotics and life extension so your probably right........my idea is a little funner cause he will look really cool

Mr. House was born and lived before the Great War. Before the Great War commenced, he was somewhat of an expert in the field of cryogenic science and robotics. He supposedly froze himself and waited in stasis for a long amount of time (which is the reason he's over 200 years old) until he was woken up and emerged into a city that was falling apart. He is an elusive man, and also plays a big part in why New Vegas was not directly hit by the nuclear devastation.
He lives in the Lucky 38 and is in charge of the Securitrons that roam Vegas. At some point after emerging he won Vault 21 in a bet and has since converted it into a casino hotel.

odds are, hes got his pre war clothing on...i dont think a Mr Vegas wouldnt go in raider armor, odds are its a nice suit...maybe its checkered like benny's...another person to kill...
