Theres only 1 NCR companion, Boone. There's no other faction themed one really...well Rex could be a King I guess ^_^

Most aren't members of a faction, but they do clearly support one.

Boone - NCR
Cass - NCR
Arcade - Yes Man
Veronica - Probably Yes Man.
Lily - No preference
Raul - No preference

There really is need for a pro-Legion companion. Actually, for a pro-House companion as well, but most companions with others preferences accept House as well, unlike Legion.

Raul is actually the only companion to accept a Legion victory. Lily as well, but she doesn't get involved in politics. Raul does, and he says some good things about the Legion.

For the record, I hope Ulysses in Lonesome Road is also a companion as he was meant to be before he was cut.

I don't think that will happen he sounds like a final boss at the end if the dlc, that you battle under the flag of the old world. But what do I know I didn't develop the game.

Not out of principle. It's just that Veronica leaves you if you get a negative reputation with the Brotherhood. As you have to destroy the Brotherhood for Caesar, it's likely you'll be vilified by them and Veronica will leave you. Same goes for Mr. House. However, if you work for/with the Brotherhood first, and you get a positive reputation (liked, idolized), you'll fall back to a neutral reputation if you destroy them. This will erase the Brotherhood, but Veronica will stay with you because of the neutral reputation.

You could also sneak-kill all Brotherhood members without them noticing you. That way your reputation will stay the way it was. Little difficult to pull off though.
